Terms of service

Last updated 25 August 2026

These terms govern your use of Zoveoo and any order you place through it. By creating an account or placing an order, you accept them.

Who you are contracting with

Zoveoo is operated by Zoveoo Retail Private Limited, registered at Plot 12, Okhla Industrial Estate Phase III, New Delhi 110020 (U52100DL2026PTC000000, GSTIN 07AAAAA0000A1Z5). "We", "us" and "Zoveoo" in these terms mean that entity; "you" means the person using the service.

Eligibility and your account

You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use Zoveoo only through a parent or guardian.

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password, or with a Google account. Keep access to that number or account secure. Orders placed from your account are treated as placed by you, so tell us straight away if you believe someone else has access to it.

You agree that the details you give us — name, phone number, email and delivery addresses — are accurate and yours to give. We may suspend or close an account we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently, to abuse coupons, or to place orders with no intention of accepting them.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a concluded sale. The contract forms when we confirm the order. Until then we may decline it.

We may cancel a confirmed order if the item turns out to be unavailable, if it was listed at a clearly incorrect price, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud. We will tell you the reason. Nothing is payable on a cancelled cash-on-delivery order, and anything you have already paid is refunded in full.

Prices and charges

Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. The order summary shows the item total, any coupon discount, the delivery charge and any cash-on-delivery handling fee before you confirm. The amounts recorded on your order are the ones that apply to it.

Prices, delivery charges and fees can change, but a change never alters an order you have already placed. Your invoice reflects the amounts captured at the moment of purchase.

Payment

Cash on delivery is currently the only payment method. Payment is due in full to the delivery agent when the order is handed over.

Refusing to accept a delivered order without a valid reason, or repeatedly failing to be available for delivery, may lead us to stop offering cash on delivery to your account.

Delivery, returns and cancellation

Delivery charges, dispatch times, return windows, refunds and cancellation are set out in our Shipping & returns policy, which forms part of these terms. Where the two documents overlap, that policy governs.

Coupons and promotions

A coupon may carry a minimum order value, a maximum discount, an expiry date, and a limit on how often one customer or all customers together can use it. A coupon that does not meet its own conditions at checkout will not apply, and the reason is shown to you.

Coupons have no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold, and cannot be applied to an order that has already been placed. We may withdraw a promotion at any time and may refuse or reverse a coupon we reasonably believe has been misused.

Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can. Photographs and listed specifications are indicative: minor variation in colour, finish, weight or packaging is normal and is not a defect. Where a specification is given as a range or an approximation, treat it as such.

If what arrives is materially different from what was described, it is covered by our returns policy at our cost.

Acceptable use

Use Zoveoo only for lawful, personal shopping. You agree not to resell in bulk without our written agreement, not to interfere with the service or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, not to scrape or copy the catalogue at scale, and not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringes anyone's rights.

Intellectual property

The Zoveoo name, logo, site design, text and product photography are owned by us or licensed to us. You may use them only as part of ordinary use of the service. Product names and marks belonging to their manufacturers remain theirs.

Liability

We take responsibility for delivering the goods you ordered, in the condition described, and for refunds properly due under our returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost profit, lost opportunity, or loss arising because a delivery was late — and we are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as weather, strikes, civil disruption or courier failure.

We do not promise that the site will be available without interruption or free of errors.

Complaints

Write to us at support@zoveoo.com with your order number and we will respond. If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can escalate it to our Grievance Officer, Zoveoo Grievance Officer, at grievance@zoveoo.com.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi. Nothing here removes any right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Orders already placed are governed by the terms in force when they were placed; continuing to use Zoveoo after a change means you accept the updated terms for new orders.
